Privacy policy

Scoop King is a dog waste removal service covering 8 cities in Temecula Valley, California. This page lists exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and the 4 things we never do with it. It is written to be read.

What we collect

• What you type into the quote form: your name, email, phone, service address, number of dogs and how often you want service.
• What you email us: anything you send to hello@scoop-king.com.
• Basic site analytics: pages viewed, roughly where the visit came from, and what kind of device it was. This is aggregate, and we do not use it to identify you.
• Payment details, if you become a customer: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we collect it

To quote your yard, to schedule the visit, to send you the gate photo afterwards, and to bill you if you are on a recurring plan. That is the whole list.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information. Not to lead brokers, not to anyone.
• We do not share your address with other companies.
• We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
• We do not photograph anything except the closed gate after a visit.

Photos of your property

Every visit ends with a timestamped photo of your closed gate, texted or emailed to you. That photo exists to prove the visit happened and the gate was secured. We do not publish it, and we do not use customer property photos in marketing without asking you first, in writing, for that specific photo.

Who else touches your data

The companies that run our website hosting, our email, and our payment processing. Each of them sees only what they need to do their part. We do not add anyone to that list for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that never become customers are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept while you are a customer and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

Email hello@scoop-king.com and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we apply the same policy to everyone regardless of where they live.

Children

This is a lawn service. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
